PolarHouse has delivered a nearly 1000 m2 restaurant building to Salla, near the Sallatunturi ski resort in Northern Finland. Sallatunturin tuvat is acting as the constructor. The new à la carte restaurant is being built adjacent to the old one, which has proven to be too small. The new Kiela – whose northern delicacies have earned it the valued Chaîne des Rôtisseurs plaque – will open in December 2014.
